After working with Mackoff Kellogg for a year and serving as a law clerk for two summers, Christina M. Wenko joined the firm as an associate attorney in August 2012. Christina attended Dickinson State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History. Christina attended the University of North Dakota School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor. During law school, Christina was active in oral advocacy and trial advocacy programs. In her third year of law school, she served as a Member at Large on the Moot Court Association Board, was a finalist at the Regional Trial Team Competition in Spokane, Washington, served as a teacher’s assistant for trial advocacy, interned with the Grand Forks State’s Attorney, and upon graduation was elected to the Order of the Barristers. In September of 2013, Christina was selected to serve as a member of Inquiry Committee West. In June of 2014, Christina was chosen to serve as the Chair of Inquiry Committee West. Christina has also received the honor of being selected by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys as one of the Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under Age 40. In September 2014, Christina also received the honor of being selected by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as one of the “10 Best Under 40” Attorneys for the State of North Dakota. In March of 2020, Christina became the sole shareholder of Mackoff Kellogg.

Stephen is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota. He attended the University of North Dakota and received his Bachelors Degree in 2010. Afterwards, he attended law school at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, graduating in 2013. Stephen has practiced law in both Bismarck and Devils Lake and his primary areas of practice are family law, criminal law, and personal injury. He formerly served as assistant city attorney for the City of Devils Lake and is currently licensed in the state and federal courts in North Dakota, the Spirit Lake Reservation, the Turtle Mountain Reservation, and Georgia.

Morgan is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota where she received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Mary in 2017, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She went on to complete her Juris Doctorate at the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2021. While attending law school Morgan was awarded the Family and Child Legal Advocacy Most Outstanding Student Award for her work providing pro bono legal services to low-income individuals in her community. Prior to joining Mackoff Kellogg Morgan worked as a family law attorney in Casper, Wyoming where she gained experience working on divorce proceedings and child custody matters. Her experience has provided her valuable insights into the judicial system and how to best advocate for clients in and outside the courtroom.

Since teaming up with Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 1990, Chuck has provided prompt, efficient legal service to clients in various practice areas including oil and gas law, real property law, commercial law and creditors’ rights, as well as estate planning and probate. Chuck’s current emphasis is representation of landowners and mineral interest owners addressing various issues resulting from the oil and gas development in Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana.
He is active in a number of professional organizations, including the state bars of ND, MT and SD. He has served on the Disciplinary Board of the North Dakota Supreme Court and on the North Dakota Supreme Court Services Administration Committee. Chuck has been chosen by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. Chuck retired in 2017, but still serves as a valuable asset as of counsel to Mackoff Kellogg.

Jason J. Henderson joined the Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 2009. Jason specializes in legal matters relating to real estate, commercial transactions, business entities, estate planning and taxation. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, summa cum laude, from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota; his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law; and his Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Jason is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana, as well as the United States Tax Court.
