Mackoff Kellogg is now offering Criminal Defense to the surrounding area. As Mackoff Kellogg is employed as the City Prosecutor for Dickinson and the States Attorney in Golden Valley, criminal defense cannot be offered in Stark County and Golden Valley County. We are accepting new clients for criminal defense cases such as Driving Under the Influence, Domestic Violence, or Simple Assault.

Creditors’ Rights

Set of procedural provisions designed to protect the ability of creditors- persons who are owed money – to collect the money that they are owed. These provisions may include the ability of a creditor to put a lien on a debtor’s property, to effect a seizure and forced sale of the debtor’s property (foreclosure). The rights of a particular creditor usually depend in part on the reason for which the debt is owed, and the terms of any writing memorializing the debt.

Real Estate Law
